Is it possible to create 1 form with Jotform, and then have Zapier send the form submission to a different subfolder in Google drive based upon how a question in the form is answered?

I’m having trouble with this process. I am connected to my jotform account, am able to select the specific form I want to connect to, but then none of my fields are showing up to select as the filter source. (I don’t have HIPPA compliance checked on either end). I have to be missing something simple and obvious, but cannot seem to find what that is, as I was able to make it work yesterday!
