I would like to send an email to a customer with a link.

When the customer clicks on the link, it's sent to Zapier  via a wekhook

Zapier then will do some checks and should redirect the customer to a website.

I have not found a way to redirect the page from a webhook.

Does anyone know if that is possible with Zapier or have any suggestions?

That’s what I thought. So, I suppose this is not excluvise to Webhook, it is simple not possible to use any Zapier integration to give a link to a user that runs some verification in Zapier and then redirects to another page?

 

@ricardo_arango Unfortunately that’s not possible. You can’t control the webhook response except for opting for an empty response.
