Multiple attachments to rename and save via ftp to private server.
Noob. Trying to capture 5 graphic attachments from an email from a FormStack form. The graphics should be renamed to be the response from one of the fields (which is a number), a dash -, and the sequence number of the graphic, ie 9876-1, 9876-2, 9876-3 etc. They are to be saved in my private server. I’ve created an EasyFTP connection that works well and goes to the appropriate directory.
Of course there’s more to the problem but this is the first critical step.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @idshealth
For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode and elaborate about what issues you are having with configuring the Zap steps.
I’ve attached the failed (of many) attempts. A file is ftp’d but it’s a single text file instead of the graphics I expect.
@idshealth
We need to see screenshots from the “CONFIGURE” section for each Zap step.
Absolutely.
any thoughts?
@idshealth
What is the purpose of Step 3, if not output variable is mapped to Step 4?
Also, in Step 3, you likely need to remap the Input variable from Step 2.
For the Formatter steps, make sure to remove the Extra Fields.
If you are trying to parse a phone number from text, try this Zap action: Formatter > Text > Extract Phone Number
If you are trying to format a phone number, then use this Zap action: Formatter > Numbers > Format Phone Number
Hi there, @idshealth!
I just came across this and wanted to see how things are going. Did you manage to resolve things as per Troy’s suggestions?
Keen to ensure you’re all set here so please do let us know if you’re still stuck at all - happy to lend a hand!
