Hi all, getting this error when testing facebook page to insta pro account posting:

Could not upload media file: Invalid user id: Cannot load user with a private account or invalid username: The following user(s) cannot be accessed: DJ David Loran

Both facebook page and insta pro account are responding fine to the test connection…
