I am currently using Dante as my trigger to capture new leads via chat and store to my CRM. However, I noticed that sometimes the client wants to connect to an agent. Since we don’t have the resources to man these chats all the time, I was thinking of using Zapier to end an email to our group that someone wants to connect so that we can take action the soonest possible time. Has anyone done this before? Right now am only seeing 2 triggers in Dante Chat via Zapier Triggers.
