How to update Microsoft Outlook calendar event date when JobTread task date changes?

First zap creates a calendar event in outlook based off a task created on JobTread. 

If that JobTread task is updated in JobTread and the date is changed, I would like for the calendar events date in outlook to be updated to match the new JobTread task date. Having a hard time making that work. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi there @chessneros13c,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

You will need two Zaps for this. Here’s how I see the Zap you have in mind:

Zap 1:

  1. Trigger: JobTread - Task Created
  2. Action: Microsoft Outlook - Create Event

Zap 2:

  1. Trigger: JobTread - Task Updated
  2. Action: Microsoft Outlook - Find Calendar Event
  3. Action: Microsoft Outlook - Update Calendar Event
