Como es la mejor forma para crear un zap para que los lunes, martes....viernes , a las 09:00 se ejecute un RSS que tengo para leer sus contenidos, una sola vez, y me publique en facebook.?

that's what I want, to use schedule so that it executes an RSS only once, so that it publishes me in Facebook or Intagram, and this I do not see it possible anywhere.
