  • How to move customers between GetResponse automation after Digistore24 purchase?

Hello, I would like to implement the following:
When someone buys a digital product on my website (payment processor is Digistore24), I want the customer to be moved to a different email automation at GetResponse or at least be tagged.

Procedure:
1. customer is in automation “A” where the 5€ product is advertised.
If the customer buys this product, he should be transferred to email automation “B”, where the 40€ product is advertised.

Is this possible? And if so, how?

To set up an automation in Zapier for moving customers from Digistore24 to GetResponse, start by creating a trigger for new purchases on Digistore24.
