I was on a trial plan. Then decreased it to a free cause didn’t plan to use Zapier. 
 

Then Zapier charged from my card full year amount. 
 

I checked my account and was surprised — my plan didn’t changed to a free one!

 

So I requested for refund. 1 week passed and support did not replied on my ticket. 
 

Could someone help me to get my refund, please?

I raised 2 tickets. 1 week nothing got from it. And nothing in a spam folder.
