If it’s alright with you, could you teach me on how to give this role to existing message sent in the channel? Meaning I want to give this role to everyone who have already sent a new message into the channel.

Are you able to export a list of everyone who has posted in the channel? That would be the simplest way to do it. If you can export a list of people who have posted in the channel and added it to a Google Sheet. you could use Transfer to automatically then add the role to everyone.
