Long time user, first time poster!

We use Microsoft Forms to gather data like names, email and request which then sends a nice looking email. However, we now want to send an appoitnment to specific people and I dont seem to see that fucntion. I do see that I can create an appoitment, however not “SEND” an appoitment to certain people. Is there  somekind of workaround and or solution to this request?
