How do I get ‘job time’ instead of ‘duration’ from The Customer Factor?
I am creating a line in a google doc but job time is not an option, only duration is. But CF has switched from using the duration field to the Job Time field.

For us to have more info, outline a specific example and provide screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.

When a job is marked as complete in The customer Factor it triggers the event
The event is a new line in Google Sheets
Here are the configuration options that are available. I am using Job Duration right now but that is not where The customer Factor keeps the info I need. I require Job Time, which is a different field in The Customer Factor

Here is the data in The Customer Factor. It is currently pulling from duration but this area is manually entered. Job time to automatically entered when the crew member clocks in and out of the job.

If these are the only data points returned for the Customer Factor Zap trigger, then you may have to try reaching out to Customer Factor Support for possible guidance about how to get the Job Time data points and help with their Zap app integration.
