I’m working on a Zap for a client between Manychat and Kajabi and we’ve had a problem come up.
The zap is set up so that when someone DMs their email in Instagram to opt-in for a free course, the details are sent over to Kajabi, they are added to an email sequence which send them the link to the course in the first email and then sells into my client’s program.
This has been working fine but today we had someone send their email and they have no ‘name’ on their instagram profile. Because of this the zap didn’t work and they didn't get the email with the free course.
Is there something I can put in to work around this in case it happens again?
