I have an instragram account. there’s an app that is posting there all entries from my blog. this was set up by me. by I can’t remember the app and the account I used -zapier, buffer, IFTT?-.

from an automated entry posted on my instagram account is it possible to track who is sending it for regaining access to it?

thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @anafasia,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I suggest contacting Instagram support first to determine the source of the automated posts. If it is confirmed to be coming from Zapier, I recommend creating a ticket for our Support Team so they can track the account.

Hopefully, this helps.

thanks a lot for your reply.

all the entries on my Instagram account are automated. it’s a kind of feed for keeping up-to-date about my blog. I wasn’t sure if the staff at Instagram would complain.

but finally I found the source. it looks like it was a combination of IFTT and Buffer, in the end. I still don’t know the Buffer account, but with IFTT I have regained control.

it was an email I don’t use so much -so perfect for trials- but I have forgotten about it. I found it by chance, looking for another things, as it uses to happen.

Hi @anafasia,

Glad that you found the solution with your Zap with Ken’s suggestion. Let us know if you do have further question. Thanks
