How do I combine property data from DealMachine so that it can be received by ChatGPT?

Hi 🖐

I’m trying to figure out how to effective integrate DealMachine with ChatGPT in order to ask chatGPT to calculate performance mortgages using data from DealMachine.  When connecting them, I’m only able to give ChatGPT one piece of data from DealMachine, such as the home owner’s address or the properties list price.

I’ve been trying to use Formatter to combine all the data first and then feed it to ChatGPT, but I can’t seem to figure out how to get Formatter to combine multiple data inputs.

Maybe there’s a better way to go about this and I’m missing it.

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field types.

Also, post screenshots showing the DATA OUT from DealMachine that you are trying to use.

Here’s a screenshot.  The data I’m taking out of DealMachine is things like the existing mortgage balance, property list price, property address, monthly HOA fees, yearly taxes etc. Things that would be necessary to calculate a performance mortgage taking into account the expected monthly rent for the property.  I then want to feed that data to ChatGPT or something to do the calculations

The data points from DealMachine are already parsed into individual variables.

What are you trying to do after the ChatGPT step?
