I run a monthly event through Eventbrite.  The topic changes every month.  What is the best way to automate this process?  

Basic workflow

I send a series of emails through ConvertKit and a series of posts on LinkedIn with links to sign up for my event.  The link sends them to Eventbrite.  Then Eventbrite sends confirmation and reminder emails.  At the end, I send new emails from new attendees to ConvertKit, building my list.
 I have never used Zapier before but can tell it is the best tool to help with this process.  WHat's most confusing is:

-Should keep the platforms I am currently using and just connect using Zapier, or use Zapier to manage the entire thing using tables and other parts of Zapier.  

-Or use other platforms that automate more easily?
-If I keep my current platforms, is this all one automation workflow or would I break it into different series of Zaps?

-Should I create a google sheet for each monthly topic and use that as the trigger?

-Any other questions I should be asking before trying to tackle this?
