I accidentally downgraded my account to a free account and want to re-instate my paid account - I had paid it until June. I cannot find a human to help me. Is there an email address I can use to talk to someone that can help?

When you cancel a paid plan your account is credited with any unused time. To reinstate your paid account you’d need to upgrade it again - any existing credit for the unused time would be discounted from the upgrade cost.
