Is it possible to create a Zap that will import emails from new Square transactions to a subscriber list on Squarespace?

Yes, this is possible to automate.

For the Squarespace Zap app there is no specific action available.

If possible, it would involve using the Squarespace API: https://developers.squarespace.com/commerce-apis/overview

But it does not look like the Squarespace API supports adding subscribers to a list.
