Connect Microsoft Outlook Group/Directory Contacts to Mailchimp Contacts

I’m looking for a way to integrate my Outlook contacts with Mailchimp. I can only seem to get the integration to work when I add my own contacts, but it won’t work with previously created Groups or Directory contacts. 

Is there an easy fix or workaround for this?

Zaps work when turned ON for new data going forward.

As a workaround, Contacts can be manually added to Mailchimp: https://mailchimp.com/help/import-contacts-mailchimp/
