How can I collect submissions from Moaform? In formatting Zapier (From Moaform -> SpreadSheet)

Hi, To collect automatically answers from Moaform( Similar to Typeforms ),
I made 2 steps.

And I have trouble in receiving data to Spreadsheet ( Only part of it because of formatting in Zapier)

Problem is, in capture 2, I put only five insert data until 5th dropdown,
I can only get part of every answers.

Question is,

Is there any way to automatically get data to spreadsheet without select data in dropdown of Zapier? (Header in sheet is already set.)
Do I need to click all the column options while formatting Zapier?

Hi @Lisa HIHI

You need to map each desired variable to a field between steps as you’ve done in your screenshots. (Step 1 to Step 2)

NOTE: In your screenshot, some of the mapped variables have “No data” from the Zap trigger step.
