Ive set up a zap - connecting an app (bucketio) to Gmail 

 

But when fired,  nothing goes to my Gmail account.

This zap works when testing but not when i run for real.

 

Any ideas why its not working.

Check your Zap Runs history details for errors and to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step: https://zapier.com/app/history/

FYI: The Bucket.io triggers are NOT instant, so depending on your Zapier plan it can take from 1-15 minutes for those triggers to fire.

There is no history - not  sure why.

What is odd it that I have another zap connected to same app and firing into autopilot - that works just fine.

So it seems its the zap firing into gmail that isnt working.

If there is NO Zap Runs history for the Zap, then it could mean one of the following:

  1. Make sure the Zap is turned ON
  2. Make sure to test with an example that will fire the trigger event
  3. Make sure to wait at least 15 minutes after testing for the trigger to fire
