Hi folks im getting this error anyone know how to fix?

The app returned "email: is already taken". This usually happens when your Zap is missing a required field or a field value isn't in a recognized format.

Can you show us a screenshot of how the Kajabi step is setup?


Hey @bobby, it looks like you also wrote into our support team so we wanted to double-check and make sure the loop is closed here. It looks like your Zap was working regularly when they went to check. Was it possible that the user associated with that errored task has already been assigned to this offer? If not - does replaying the Task send it through successfully? Let us know!
