We often get connections dropping for no reason, LearnWorld today, Xero last week, ActiveCampaign a couple of weeks ago, etc.

We receive the "account encountered an authentication problem." email and it’s always simply clicking reconnect, we never need to do anything to the accounts to connect.

Is this just an inherent problem that everyone has?
