Hi, 

I am trying to figure out if it is possible to connect Zapier to something that is not necessarily an app, but rather is our company’s own internal admin that was designed with a laravel framework by our developers. I would like to be able to automatically sync information from this internal admin to another app (such as Zendesk in our case) to create tickets. 

Is this possible? Or can Zapier only connect 2 actual applications?

Zapier can connect if your internal systems has an API that you can get data out of or have configured to push data to Zapier. 

Email notifications and parsing might also be an option, if you get email notifications on specific events that would trigger a ticket.

App APIs can be leveraged via Code apps or Webhooks apps in Zap steps if there is not a native integration to an app.
