So client did a bulk import of contacts into their CMS and triggered 10K tasks.  It immediately maxed out the subscription’s Tasks. I deleted the ones on hold and want to know the best way to get thru this month.  
They are on a yearly billing cycle.  Is there a way to just upgrade for the month or do I need to upgrade today and remember to downgrade the day before the account resets next month?  And if I need to upgrade/downgrade is everything prorated (I’ll need to explain the charges)?
