I have been having this issue for months where I am unable to connect my Excel or Google Sheets account to communicate with my KW Command CRM. I have tried disconnecting my KW Command account on Zapier and have played with the entries. At times, there error is in the ‘Team’ entry box but now it is not giving me a reason for the error message. 

I am unsure what to do at this point as Zapier does not show me what the error message is. Any time I try to send a test it brings up the error and when I try to turn on Zap, Google Sheets/Excel don't connect to KW Command. Please help. Photo attached for reference.
