Here’s what I’m trying to accomplish:
Trigger: disposition in my CRM (no issue here)
Action: send outbound email via GMail. In the body of the email, I’d like to have an embedded Youtube video so that the client doesn’t have to leave his/her gmail account to watch the video. below are screenshots of my zap and the test results.
