I am trying to have a new SPECIFIC calendly event scheduled sync up with a Zoho CRM lead using an account number reference and update a date field with the date the scheduled event was made.

 

I have tried several ways and keep hitting dead ends. 

 

Anyone have any experience in this?

Or at least how to update a field in Zoho CRM from a specific outside source like Calendly or any other app for that matter.  If needed I can get Calendly connect to another app like Google Sheets and then go to Zoho CRM or whatever…  

I just need this to work.

Try adding a Filter as Step 2 of your Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

 

Steps

  1. Trigger: Calendly -  Invitee Created
  2. Action: Filter (for conditions/criteria)
  3. Action: Zoho - Find Module Entry (Lead)
  4. Action: Zoho - Update Module Entry (Lead)
