Hi everyone!

Maybe somebody else faced this problem too:

I’m looking for a possibility to make Bexio / Google Calendar / Google Contacts work together. Means, if I create a Task or Note in Bexio, I need it to be transferred to Google Calendar and be connected with Google Contacts. But I cannot find a trigger where a Bexio-Note and/or -Task is available. Does anybody have an idea how to get this to work? (sorry, I’m not a programmer...)

And obviously I need it to work from the other way too, means if I create a Contact/Task etc. in Google, it should be synced with Bexio…

Thank you very much in advance!

Hi @jasmin.h,

Thanks for the question! Looks like there is no trigger for a New Note or Task in Bexio available: https://zapier.com/apps/bexio/integrations#triggers-and-actions

Looking through the API docs for that app here: https://docs.bexio.com/ - I don’t see mention of a task or note, so you may need to double check if one of the other objects might give you the information you need.

If so and none of the existing triggers for Bexio give you the object with that information (eg. Person or Company), you’d want to check if Bexio can send webhooks (that is something you would set up in Bexio) when a new task or note is created, and you can use Webhooks by Zapier to accomplish this. You can find out more about webhooks here: https://zapier.com/help/doc/how-get-started-webhooks-zapier

If you can get the trigger figured out, the available actions for Google Calendar here: https://zapier.com/apps/google-calendar/integrations#triggers-and-actions and Google Contacts here: https://zapier.com/apps/google-contacts/integrations#triggers-and-actions and Google Tasks here: https://zapier.com/apps/google-tasks/integrations#triggers-and-actions

Hope this points you in the right direction for next steps!
