I am using the attachment url as img tag source in mail html content, also in mail attachments within the Zapier trigger action. Does the change from Airtable to convert the attachment url as expiring links affect the Zapier email content configuration? I am using Microsoft Outlook to send emails. Is there a way to fix those issues?

@Arya Krishnan

The Airtable file attachment links will expire after a period of time, which means the img references in the body of the email won’t render correctly once those expire.

For the attachments, that will create a copy of the reference file assuming the link being used is publicly accessible.

A backup would be to host the files somewhere else, such as GDrive or AWS S3.

Hi @Arya Krishnan

Good question.

Please post detailed screenshots with how your Zap step is configured in order for us to have context, thanks.

@Troy Tessalone, I am attaching the screenshots of one of my test zaps to explain the problem.
