Hello! I’m getting an 500-503 error on the Create Order in Shipstation step of my Zap. I checked that my Shipstation and Zapier accounts are properly connected and confirmed that the Shipstation API is running. 

I’m not sure how I’d approach solving this - do any of you know what’s going on or might be able to suggest where I’d start looking for an answer?

Can you post a screenshot of the error being returned from the Zap step?
