Hello team,

I want a link of the contact to be included when a contact in High Level responds to a message. For example, I can create a zap that sends a slack message when a contact responds but I want the link to be included as well. This way, my agents can simply click on the link in Slack and it will take them to the contact in High Level. Thank you

Options for sending the Contact URL in the Slack action step

  1. The Trigger step includes the Contact URL.
  2. An action step (e.g. Search Contact) can return the Contact URL.
  3. The trigger step includes a data point that can be used to create the desired Contact URL.
    1. e.g. https://baseurl//CONTACTID]
  4. An action step (e.g. Search Contact) can return a data point that can be used to create the desired Contact URL.
    1. e.g. https://baseurl//CONTACTID]
