Hi All,

 

I have managed to embed the snippet into squarespace where the verification step happens on without leaving my web page. However after completing the verification the callback URL does not work unfortunately (due to the limited capability of square space).

Veriff does have a callback section but square space does not understand the decision of the webhook and hence why it does not perform the actions based on this and therefore the redirection does not work

Can I Use Webhooks function to redirect user who completed the verification to the next page (thank you page) of the onboarding or is there another way to do this without dev-ops.

Good question.

Webhooks will not be suitable for this use case.

Think of Zaps as back end app to app automations.

What you’re describing is front-end scripting that can be done with JavaScript.

I guess I need to speak to Square space to see how I can embed the JavaScript code to make the callback URL function work.
