Duplicate Zoho Books Customer with Same Name, Wrong Address


I am facing a very peculiar issue while connecting Zoho books with Shopify.

When a order is created in shopify, zapier should pass on the data to zoho books and create an estimate.

Now the issue is : 

  1. if the name is same but address is different in shopify - it is creating a new customer in zoho books but the address is same as the first customer entry in zoho books. So for a same name only one address is being added in the estimate.
  2. There is no option in zapier to add address to an estimate (very strange).
  3. If the customer email ID/phone number already exists in Zoho books, Zapier should not create a new customer but should only add the shopify address to the estmate.

How to achieve this.
