How do I use Zapier to create a Kantata story under a specific milestone when creating a Zendesk ticket?

Hello,

Is it possible to create ZAP: when ticket is created - create new story in Kantata under particular milestone?
Now it creates not under milestone but on top.

Hello, Troy.

Sorry, I explained not in details.
I have story: Milestone already created
And I would like to have new task created under this Milestone.
For example: New ticket created -→ Create task X under existing Milestone Y

Have you tried configuring the Zap action step?

Are there other fields that appear once you select a Project?

It looks like i can only choose Story Type: Task, Deliverable or Milestone.
But what to do if I need to create Task under Existing Milestone.

We might need to use another action that allows us to create a task under an existing milestone. However, I’m not seeing any available action step for that functionality.
