How do I message new Facebook group members who haven't introduced themselves via Zapier?

I have a Facebook group.  I want to check the new members who post an intro post.  If not, I want to send a chat message to the user and delete the user.  Is it possible with Zapier?  Or do I need to use a few tools to do that?
