Hello I am connecting a Jotform with a program called FieldPulse.
The goal is to retrieve registration information from Jotform and then have it create a new lead in FieldPulse. Our scheduling coordinator will then use the lead form for outreach.
The issue is that Fieldpulse’s custom fields are lacking and not configurable (if I add custom fields in FieldPulse, they are not reflected in Zapier)
The current solution is to map the 5 questions which don’t have a dedicated field, to the “Notes” section. However the output is very obscure and our scheduling coordinator will have difficulty discerning what the information is.
I want to map the information from JotForm, to the “Notes” section on the FP lead card, but have the Field Headers including in order to aid in understanding the information.
How can I make this happen?

You can add static label values before the mapped dynamic variables to give more context in the Notes.
