Hi,
We have set up a zap for pushing leads from lead ads to a google spreadsheet. Some of the submissions are missing contact data (name, email, phone nr).
There is no coherent reason why this happens as some of the submissions come through flawlessly. We ask for additional questions and those always come through without error.
For now also no coherence between form vs missing info. Same form sometimes pushes through all lead data and sometimes it misses the contact info.
Any idea how we could fix this? We tried setting up the zap 3 times with different accounts and the result is the same.
