Who do workflows belong to? Do Workflows belong to a seat? Account? Profile? I am just wondering as if we end up down sizing or moving people along are we going to still be able to keep the workflows that our built into our companies CRM?

Hi @crossfitware

Info about Team Members in Zapier accounts: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496307504909-Manage-your-Zapier-for-Teams-account

In most CRM systems, workflows belong to the organization's account, not a specific seat, account, or profile. This means that workflows are tied to the company's account and are not linked to individual users or profiles.

If you downsize or move people around, the workflows will remain intact and continue to be available in your company's CRM account. However, it's important to note that:

- User permissions and access to workflows might change depending on the new roles or responsibilities.
- Workflows might be linked to specific users or teams, so you might need to update the workflows to reflect changes in personnel.

To confirm, it's always best to check your CRM system's documentation or support resources for specific information on workflow ownership and management.
