Is there a way I can "parse" a photo from an email and automatically create a Trello card with that photo as an attachment?

The file in the email is not "attached" but embedded in the email.

You can use email parsing.

Options

  • Action: Formatter > Text > options (e.g. split, extract URL, etc.)
  • App: Mailparser
  • Action: ChatGPT - Extract Structured Data
  • App: Code
