How to Update Pipeline in Less Annoying CRM When Someone Unsubscribes from Convertkit?

Hello Team!

I am using Zapier to connect the results that happen on Convertkit to build and edit my pipeline on Less Annoying CRM.

I tried to make a video here: https://somup.com/c0XFeMgtoS But I get just as confused explaining.

I have created a zap to where anything someone subscribes to a form, they are added to my pipeline.

The challenge now is if they unsubscribe, I want to edit that person in the pipeline to “closed: Sale Lost”

If anyone has done thing before i am open to feedback. Thanks for your help!

Hi @LaPrentissDemond

Good question.

Try these Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: ConvertKit - New Unsubscribe
  2. Action: LACRM - Find Pipeline Item
  3. Action: LACRM - Edit Pipeline Item
    1. Map the Pipeline Item ID from Step 2

I tried it using the methos you shared and ran into a small challenge

I share the results here: https://somup.com/c0XFFvgtyF

I will be looking up the error code: 8n4vu9ve7t8opn3QVR now.

I appreciate the help!
