Airtable multi-select column - Multiple comma-separated selections being added as single item

Hi All,

I”m having the opposite problem:

I have a Typeform and I’m using Zapier to send data to Airtable
For a multi select column, instead of airtable breaking out each comma-separate selection into it’s own item, it is grouping the whole shebang into 1 item. i.e. Account Executive, Enterprise Sales, Partnerships, Sales Leadership / Management is 1 new multi-select item instead of 4 different items.

How did you get zapier to break out comma separated values to be different items when added to an airtable multiselect field?
