Hi @Thames Sewage

First, check the available help articles: https://zapier.com/apps/twitter/help

TIP: Try authenticating using a different browser and/or a private browser.

If you still have issues, you can open a ticket with Zapier Support here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Hi @Thames Sewage,

I also wonder if this article will be helpful: https://blog.twitter.com/en_us/a/2008/what-does-rate-limit-exceeded-mean-updated.html

At the end I found this suggestion: “If people are having limit problems just get them to reset their password (on the twitter website)…Worked well for me when I reset the twitter password.”

Do you use your twitter account with other 3rd party apps, or do you already have Zaps set up with your twitter account?

Let us know what happens!

Hello! Thank you @Troy Tessalone and @Csaba Rákász for getting back to me so quickly. So I managed to fix it. The problem was that I had another Zap connecting to a different Twitter account. When I paused that, the problem went away.

In my case, this is ok because I was only connecting to a different Twitter account to run some tests on a Zap I’m developing.
