How do I email an attached image using the Twitter "User tweet" Trigger?

Thanks for answer Troy.

I may have not been clear as trigger User Tweet in Twitter  has no field File.

I am unable to find the right field that contains either the image file shared in tweet or at least the url to the shared image (if twitter simply pulls the image from that url and displays it)

You can search for a file URL (http...) OR a file might be indicated by (file exists but not shown).
