I am trying to create leads on Zoho CRM from a Linkedin Lead Gen Form - but when I try to connect to Zoho I am getting the following error:

Field name ‘access_token’ not found in OAuth2 results

Zoho have told me it’s an issue with Zapier.

I have connected other Zoho accounts in this manner without issue, any ideas?

Hi @josh_ts,

Welcome to the Zapier Community! Happy to help here.

To clarify, is this the first time you are trying to connect your Zoho CRM with Zapier or you have connected other Zoho CRM app account before?

If this is the first time, that error usually happens when we choose the wrong domain in the Authentication pop-up window. I recommend checking that the domain that you choose in the authentication window is the correct one.

On the other hand, if this is not the first time you are connecting your Zoho CRM app account, you might just need to refresh your app connection.

  1. To do this, go to the app connection page found in the My Apps page here - https://zapier.com/app/connections
  2. Then click "Reconnect" on the connection used in the affected Zap.
  3. If the above did not work delete the connection and add it using the "Add connection" button.

Please let me know how it goes.
