WordPress Error: 'Allow or Accept' pop-up missing, error code 500
Hi,
Not sure if this is the rigth forum but let’s start here. I am trying to connect the Wordpress app and i have installed the Zapier for Worpress plugin in Wordpress. But when trying to connect i get this error message and the Pop Up “Allow or Accept” is not to be found (does not appear). I have emptied all caches in Wordpress after istalling the plugin.
We just wanted to see how everything is going with your Zap. Did Troy's recommendation get the job done? Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance with your Zap. We're glad to address any concerns and assist you.
We're looking forward to your response.
Hello,
Thank you for your support. I tried in incognito mode and i was able to connect one of our domains but not another one. We operate in a multisite environment and i was able to connect it to our .com site but not to our .fi site.
What could be the reason for this?
Hi @MySpeaker,
If you're using a self-hosted multisite installation with our WordPress CLI integration, the Zapier for WordPress plugin should be activated for each site individually. Without this step, Zapier won't receive the secret key needed to establish a WordPress account connection.
Here's what you can do: 1. Visit each site on your multisite network. 2. Activate the Zapier for WordPress plugin individually for each site. 3. Create separate WordPress auths for each site.
Thanks for the reply and tips. I had the same idea and tried that already. Unfortunately the Plugin can only be installed and activated as Network Admin and when you visit each site (as an admin), the plugin can not be altered. Neither can you install any plugins separately on the sites, only on Network level.
I suppose i need to get in touch with the developer to get this working on our other domains than .com which is btw the Main Site.
