Salesforce from sandbox to production doesn't work

Hi,
We building a Zap that every time an outbound message has created in Salesforce
we send a message in Teams.
It worked perfectly fine on sandbox but when we moved it to production (both on Zapier and Salesforce) it didn't work and we didn't manage to get a test account. (used the same flow)
Any suggestions?
