Hi! I'm having trouble setting up WhatsApp notifications triggered by a Typeform submission (using Path). It was working fine before, but now the WhatsApp notifications have stopped coming through. Zapier shows the message as successfully sent, but nothing is being received on the phone.

I've been researching this issue and reading several articles in the community from the following links:

However, none of them have provided a solution. I’d appreciate your help with this issue.

I've attached a screenshot of my Zap. As you can see in step 4 (ZUHAIRI WHATSAPP), it shows as "Success," but no message was received.

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “CONFIGURE” section of the WhatsApp Notifications step that shows all of its fields.

Please don't include personal information in the screenshot, or be sure blur out any personal information.

I’m having a similar issue. I reported it to support, and they see the issue, don’t have any solutions at this time and they would follow up with me when it would be addressed. So if you do get a solution, I would also love to know!

In the meantime, I also added @Saifuliskandar to the open bug report. While we don’t have an exact ETA for the bug’s fix. We will update you via email once the bug has been resolved.
