New Lead in Facebook Lead Ads to Create Ticket in Zendesk - Error


Using  New Lead in Facebook Lead Ads to Create Ticket in Zendesk, passing the fields “Full name” and “Phone”. The ticket is created at Zendesk but the fiels are not passing.. Can someone help?
