Can't find my project in Jira Service Management

Hey party people, I hope someone can help me on this. I want to build an automatic between Google sheets and Jira Service Management. When a new spreadsheet row is created in the sheet, a new task should be created within a project in Jira Service Management.Unfortunately, I can’t find my project within Zapier. I only find other projects which I, however, can’t find within Jira Service Management the other way around. I’m the owner and administrator of the project I’m looking for, but not of the projects I can select in Zapier, which does not make any sense to me. Does anybody have any idea what to do?Thanks in advance,Ramar

Zapier will not "find new records"

I placed two test events on the calendar for the Zap I built (and have been successfully running) but when I click “Find New Records” Zapier keeps returning the records found on 3/13, not giving me an updated list of event options to run the test. Any idea why this is not updating/repopulating? I also tried searching for events that say Test and got no results. What’s the point of “find new records” if it’s going to keep giving me the same four records from five days ago? Full context: the Zap is designed to notify me via WhatsApp 12 hours before any meeting outside my core business hours (after 17:00-11:59 or 00:00-07:59). This has been working great. I am now trying to adjust to include all meetings on Saturday or Sunday. The problem exisited prior to me editing the Zap and happens across all my Zaps, not just this one.I searched the FAQ, Community, and Support posts and could not resolve.Thank you!

Zapier task limits: How to prevent them from being exceeded

Hello,Does anyone know of a way to stop zapier runaway zaps before they max out our task limits?   We just had a zap which looped for some reason and created 10,000 tasks, which obviously blew away our limit.  Is there a way to prevent this in the future, like if it's more than 20 tasks in 2 minutes or something it will stop?

Zapier Newbie Needs Help Connecting WordPress to Instagram Business

I really need help trying to find actual examples of setting up a post to instagram business.  I’m new to all this and not that techy and everything I can find just sends me to documentation which I don’t understand.  Ultimately I am setting up a zap between wordpress and instagram so that when a post is published in Wordpress it then posts to my instagram account as well.  I have the wordpress and instagram connections setup and they tested successfully, but when I go to select an event it keeps asking me to ‘Create a custom action Beta’.  I have 0 idea what this means and would very much appreciate actual real examples of how someone set that up for me to follow, not documentation and instructions!  thank you!

MySQL update to Adalo: Failed to create a record in Adalo - The app returned "Not Found".

Hi there, I have replicated a MySQL database that I use for a separate web app to my Adalo records and use Zapier to update and create new records from new MySQL entries to Adalo records and vice-versa. One such interaction that I’m having trouble with is assigning ‘devices’ to ‘users.’ I have a junction table in MySQL to connect these instances, as well as separate ‘devices’ and ‘users’ tables. When a new entry is made in the junction table ‘user_device’ on MySQL, I want to Create a new record in my ‘user_device’ database on Adalo (functionally does nothing but I believe I need to create a new record to use the record ID in Adalo for the next step) Update the corresponding device_id in my ‘devices’ database on Adalo to add the ‘user_id’ to link that device to the user (background info, this is a many-to-many relationship). I can successfully create a new record in Adalo as mentioned in step 1. But to update the ‘devices’ database and add the user to the record, my Zap is displaying th

Server Error (500)

When clicking the View Emails link when on this page https://parser.zapier.com/mailboxes/ in email parser, i get the Server Error (500) error. Switching networks, switching browsers, clearing cache, switching devices does not resolve the issue. Is this intended behavior from the app? Any recommended resolution steps?

Gmail to Asana Zap: Tasks Aren't Created?

Hi everyone! I’m a property manager and I’ve decided to automate the handling of maintenance requests. My zap is supposed to start after I approve a repair request and an email is forwarded to my staff’s shared inbox. Here’s how it’s supposed to work:The staff email address gets the copy of the request Zapier is supposed to recognize the email through “New Email Matching Search in Gmail” The email content goes through a number of formatting zaps to extract information crucial to creating the task in Asana The task is created using the outputs of all of those formatting zaps & is posted to the appropriate Asana boardThis is my only Asana zap. Quick Overview of the Zap Sequence  Here’s the problem:When tested individually, all of the tasks work fine. Airtable Bases not Showing up in Trigger options

I am trying to set up a zap where the trigger is a new record in Airtable.  I set up one zap successfully, but now I want to do a second one, using a different base in my Airtable account.  Only the first base is showing up as an option for the zap, however.  I do know that when I set up the first zap, all the bases were showing as options, so I am sure that they were connected.  I keep refreshing the list, but it still only shows the one base I've already used for a zap.

Everything is working fine but it missing featured image of wordpress post from youtube thumbnail. Unable to flag new members in Circle using Zapier.

BACKGROUND:I have a classroom hosted by Teachable and a community hosted by Circle (with a SSO).I am having issues recently with spam accounts being created in my classroom, then they join my community, and proceed to create a spam post.Both Teachable and Circle say there is nothing more they can do for me to stop this from happening. Sigh. USING ZAPIER:My thought now is to use Zapier to “Flag Member” in Circle (located in the member’s profile) whenever a new member joins my community. Then I will manually review each member before unflagging them.  NEED HELP:I have made it work to add a “NEW” 🆕 tag to any new member in my community.And it looks like I can then “edit member profile” and mark them as flagged, but it doesn’t work. :(I was hoping that I could flag them before they are able to create a new post.

YouCanBook.Me error: We couldn't find any more bookings. Create a new booking in your account and try again.

I have a Youcanbook.me booking page with a zap that creates an event whenever a new booking is made.The event is getting created without a problem.However, as soon as I go on the Zap, and try to load the bookings in the “Test” section, none of the new bookings appear except two very old bookings, and I get the following message: We couldn't find any more bookings. Create a new booking in your account and try again. This is causing me a headache to be able to test out new features.

Failed to create a request in Scrape-It.Cloud Response payload size exceeded maximum allowed payload size (6291556 bytes).

Hey,So I was using the pro free trial version of Zapier through Nov 27-Dec 27 and I had no errors as shown in the title, I activated my ‘starter’ membership today at 750 zaps. As soon as I started playing my Zaps the exact one as I did a month earlier I started receiving this error.  “Failed to create a request in Scrape-It.Cloud Response payload size exceeded maximum allowed payload size (6291556 bytes).”  I am not an expert when it comes to computers and wanted to ask if this is because my membership is the starter and during the trial period I had the pro membership or is it from Scrape it Cloud side.  Finally does anyone have a solution?Thank you.

Squarespace to Flodesk Integration Error - The "segments.0" must be a valid "[ObjectId]"!

I am setting up my first Zap to integrate my Squarespace website with my Flodesk account.  I set up the trigger and ran the test with no issue.  When I went to the next step in the Zap (Create/Update user in Flodesk) I am able to get the fields I need from my Squarespace form fields just fine, but the testing error I get is: The "segments.0" must be a valid "[ObjectId]"!I double checked and the segment name matches the name I have set up in Squarespace.

Jira Software Cloud: Unable to update issue

Hi, This is about the Jira Software Cloud integration. I’m finding recently updated Jira issues as a trigger and using a regex to modify the urls from a customfield. Then I send back this result in a different custom field The results from this operation seem to work correctlyWhen updating the same record I found, there are some required customfields. In this case, both these customfields and issue key are filled out with the object data found in the first place, so I make sure they are not empty. As an example: This is the error: I suspect this might have something to do with customfields being required and depending on other customfields, but there are literally hundreds of them. Would setting ALL the customfields in Jira as “not required” solve this issue? Any other quick fixes you can think about?Also, is there any other action apart from “Update an issue” that allows you to edit issues without having to fill out any required fields? I only need to update one field, maintaining the

Failed to create a database item in Notion: Book Type is expected to be rich_text.

I’m trying to set up a connection between Google Sheets and Notion. Zapier successfully reads both the Sheet and Notion database. I have mapped all Google Sheets columns with Notion database properties, but when I test the Zap I get the following error message: Failed to create a database item in NotionBook Type is expected to be rich_text. “Book Type” is the name of one of the Notion database properties (set up as a text property) and should be receiving data from the Sheets column named “What Type of Book Is This” which contains text. Given that both sets of data are in text format I am not sure what to do to fix this. Any advice, please? Thanks.

Column Fields not showing on Lookup results

My trigger in this zap is when a new row is added or a row is updated from Sheet #1. I setup the next step using lookup step to try to find and match the results from Sheet #1 to Sheet #2. The problem is I got a couple of columns set in Sheet #2 but it’s not showing on the options dropdown (below)   Although it’s showing col$a as an option, even if i try to click it, I’m still getting empty field I tried refreshing and made sure I had the right locations. But I’m still having these error. Would appreciate any help!

Does Facebook Lead Forms have Problems right now?

Hello Zapier Community! Today i found a problem with Facebook Lead Ads today and cant find any solution on the web.Does Facebook have problems with the integration for zapier or have somebody gotten this problem in the past and have a solution for this? Maybe a screenshot will help! ScreenshotMaybe somebody have an info on this!Have a great day!Edit: Facebook Support does give me an information about an Update for their API. MemberPress Zap Not Working

Hi I’m not sure if anyone else is also encountering this issue, but my Zapier between MemberPress and Active Campaign is not working. The trigger for the Zap is “Transaction Completed”. The connections with the app are fine and it’s set-up well, but when I make a Transaction on MemberPress, the Zap doesn’t go through.It’s odd because when I test the trigger on the edit page, Zapier is able to retrieve the relevant information correct. It just doesn’t work when I use it in real life.  How do you suggest I approach this problem?

Email "data field" data not working - DotDigital

After trying everything, It seems like your DotDigital integration with Facebook Lead Form needs to be updated.It’s actually impossible to send E-mail field data from FB to DotDigitial at the moment.I have full acess to every platforms. All of my integrations are properly active in FB Business manager, FB Lead Acess, FB page, FB Ad Account and the DotDigital API.Changing the data to “raw email” or the “email type” to “HTML” doesn’t work either.

Failed to create a create project in Basecamp 3: The app returned "Forbidden".

I am trying to create a trigger from a google spreadsheet.  The spreadsheet row is updated and I would like this to trigger creating a new project using a template in basecamp 3.  However, when I try to choose a template in the action. It saysUnable to load choicesWe're having trouble loading 'Template' data. The app returned "Forbidden". Just seeing as well, I’m also noticing that even when I try to create a project in basecamp from the new row in the google sheet - even without a template - I am getting the errorFailed to create a create project in Basecamp 3The app returned "Forbidden". I also get the same error when I try to create a basecamp project - even when the trigger is through another app such as Dubsado Please advise?

Wrong file type error when uploading a file to OneDrive

Hi All, I’m having an issue with my zap created using Slack and Onedrive. I’ve followed the tutorial for the workaround on how to extract attachments from human posts and save to my OneDrive folder. However, the attachment saved it’s not saving as the correct filetype. In the action setup under File, which options do I map to? I’ve tried file type, files pretty type, mimetype. It says could not open, file format maybe incorrect. If anyone is able to provide guidance on this I really appreciate it! Thank you,Stephanie
